London Property Search Terms and Fees

Retaining fee for property search is payable following consultation, prior to the inauguration of the search. This fee is fully deductible through the final success fee. The success fee is calculated as a percentage of the agreed upon final purchase price. This fee is payable upon legal completion of the search or twenty-one days post exchanging contracts.
The retaining fee is payable following instruction prior to the beginning of the search.
The success fee is a specific percentage of the annual rent, payable upon signing the rental agreement.
Terms and fees for negotiation are stipulated on an individual case-by-case basis. Negotiation fees are payable upon exchange of contracts.
Retaining fee for sales assistance is payable following instruction preceding to the instigation of the search. This fee is fully deductible through the success fee.The success fee is a calculated percentage of the final sale price. This is payable upon exchange of contracts.

Area orientation tours are charged on a per day basis. This would be an accompanied tour of up to three areas of referenced  properties. This tour includes advice on primary locations, nearby schools, and other local information.

The area familiarisation service is particularly useful for those who are considering a new area and may want a little more information before committing to a purchase. Tours are tailored to individual client desires.

Terms and fees for introduction only are specified through individual case basis. This service is payable upon exchange of contracts.
